Alibi

So, when the judge looked down at me after he'd read the verdict, I was filled with a tingly chicken skin bumply wumply all the way down to my toes. The wriggling skin began at the neck of course, and I felt immediately as though the man was physically raising my hair on end like some sort of mind taking reptile from under the logs of California Adventure.

I was never able to become a banker, and thus I'd attempted to kill myself by swallowing an entire bottle of no-doze in the 14th Street Wallgreens. It was this that had landed me in the courtroom: this refering to the bottle of no-doze, rather than the actual act of killing myself.

The Judge smirked up at the waiting cameras and slammed his gavel down upon it's flashing, LED encrusted stand. The applause light came on, and I was covered in the tar of a jeering crowd, mocking me with its hands.

I was then carted off to the little flapping doors that led to the operating room. In a few moments, I was strapped to the table, laid open and naked for a new set of ceiling-mounted cameras. No applause or crowd here. This was a dignified affair. The needle was slowly inserted into my arm and I was laid out before the stars, gasping into the night sky. Damned for all eternity by the Wall Greens drug store.

Rythmn of Imagination

There is a rythmn to the keyboard as I type. It is a musical personification of my words in the air as waves. These waves are universal. The Univac Vacuum Tub? Bucket? It's at the Computer History Museum. Big and foreign. An early exxperiment. Obsolete before its actual effects were understood. The whole of computer power has come from rapid descent towards the atom. As we get closer to the finite power of the thing, our ability to set down exact markers, rememberances of the events that transpire becomes vastly more powerful as we get closer to actual complete manipulation of the bits of the atom that exist within our existence. The closer we get to 0, the closer we get to controlling 100% of all knowledge, and having access to it at any given time of our choosing.

There will be a singularity. When we give birth to the next level. we view life as the ultimate progression of the big bang. It went boom, and here we are on the outer spiral arm of it.

Bullshit. We are the edge. Time has gotten to us. The explosion of the big bang is still expanding: it came out in 4d. Time was everybit a force of nature as the actual physical movement of space. The ever rushing flow of time is the outer spiural arm istelf. The dots we see on the horizon are just the alternate realities of our own twisted world. And there are infinite ones. I choose not to eat crab soup.p. The worlds in which I do eat crab soup vector off into the ether as what look like universes. Each one is drastically different. Each one is fundamentally changed because I did not eat crab soup.

In all likelyhood, these changes are systemic, and not isolated, though the actual proof of this is unatainable. If it were knowable.... could the algorythm understand itself? Perhaps through recreation of itself. In doing so, one can understand onesself. Better.

The neanderthal man knew he could live forever in his progeny. If he procreated, he lived on into the midnight sky. Like a wayward star. But when he realizes this, a singular evolution of the mind occurs. And it occurs so fast, that the monkey becomes a man. Out of the blue.

The realization may have been induced. If it were, perhaps the next level of the house is attainable through another impuslive burst of information. Perhaps the Snowcrash is the doorway into the netherworld, the overwold, the oneness, the what have you.

All I know is, San Andreas is a beautiful place.

Testing. Testing. Is this thing on? For some reason my blog has been acting up. Perhaps a new version of Blosxom...
